Paris - Paquita - Opéra Bastille 05/12/ 2024 to 04 /05/2025

Après quelques mois de seulement parler de les performances du Lac des Cygnes à différents endroits du monde, que vous pouvez lire sur le blog, nous allons maintenant changer complètement. Nous allons quitter Tchaïkovski, pour quelques mois, mais nous y reviendrons, puisque l'Opéra de Paris a programmé pour l'année prochaine sa somptueuse production de La Belle au bois dormant et nous sommes donc très attentifs à ce point culminant du programme de ballet de l'opéra, puisqu'il est sans aucun doute le ballet académique par excellence, la musique écrite par Tchaïkovski était une aubaine pour les futurs amateurs de ballet, et en plus, Tchaïkovski a travaillé en étroite collaboration avec le chorégraphe, Petipa, il a donc écrit la musique exactement comme le chorégraphe l'a demandé, il ne fait donc aucun doute que deux génies , Marius Petipa et Tchaïkovski, ont créé un chef-d'œuvre, et il continue de remplir les salles du monde entier, partout où il est programmé, les places sont épuisées et sans aucun doute la même chose se reproduira à Paris, mais nous en reparlerons. dans un autre post. Aujourd'hui, nous allons nous concentrer sur Paquita, un ballet qui est aussi fabuleux, somptueux et plein de virtuosité, de belle musique et de fabuleuses variations, donc on l'apprécie comme la Belle au bois dormant. J'ai eu beaucoup de chance d'être encouragé à revenir à Paris puisque j'étais déjà allé en janvier 1999 voir Sylvie Guillem et Nicolas Le Riche dans Don Quichotte au Palais Garnier et j'ai été tellement enchanté que j'ai décidé de revenir pour la première de ce ballet de Pierre Lacotte.

Une nouvelle version de Paquita. J'ai eu la chance, comme en 1999 également, d'avoir une place dans une loge au dessus de l'orchestre et tout près de la scène donc j'ai parfaitement vu les stars qui dansaient ces jours d'ouverture, qui à cette époque n'étaient autres que Marie Agnès Gillot et Claire Marie Osta, comme Paquita. Je pense, si je ne me trompe pas, que même Marie Agnès n'était pas encore Première danseuse et je ne sais pas si Claire Marie Osta était déjà étoile, mais enfin, ce n'est pas grave, elles étaient toutes les deux sensationnelles, logiquement,  nous parlons de deux des meilleurs danseuses qu'ils ont eu dans le ballet et l'opéra, donc n'importe quel rôle est une pure merveille dansée par elles. 

Ses partenaires étaient Manuel Legris et José Martínez, deux grands danseurs, actuellement directeurs de la compagnie de l'opéra de Paris et del Teatro alla Scala de Milan. Le ballet m'a surpris et je l'ai beaucoup aimé. Je ne connaissais déjà  que le fameux Grand Pas que l'on voit aujourd'hui parfaitement sur Internet, par exemple celui que j'aime beaucoup est celui de l'American Ballet Theatre avec la star Cinthya Gregory, l'une des danseuses les plus fabuleuses que cette compagnie ait produite, son Odette/Odile est une référence. Fernando Bujones a également joué dans ce Grand Pas de Paquita, et Cinthya Harvey a dansé la variation numéro trois, qui est justement ma variation préférée et, curieusement, celle que Pierre Lacotte a décidé de donner à la danseuse principale de son ballet, Paquita, pour briller dans le dernier acte. Mais nous y allons par parties. Le protagoniste, logiquement, Paquita, une jeune gitane, le bel homme du ballet, en l'occurrence est Lucien d'Hervilly, est celui qui sera son futur mari, mais cela arrivera à la fin du ballet, mais comme vous pouvez l'imaginer, ce rôle est Il est généralement confié à une étoile du ballet ou à un danseur principal, même si un Sujet pourrait aussi le danser, en fait n'importe quel danseur de l'opéra le pourrait danser, car ils sont tous magnifiques.

Le méchant de l'histoire serait Inigo, qui est le chef des gitans, généralement un autre premier danseur, la fiancée du beau Lucien, est Serafina, qui a un autre rôle important, la danseuse qui est assignée à ce rôle clé. Le général, comte d'Hervilly, a également un autre rôle important, puisqu'il est le père du protagoniste, le gouverneur de Saragosse est Don Lopez, un autre rôle important, et le reste de l'action est assumé par le corps de ballet. Je préfère ne pas révéler l'histoire, puisqu'il faut aller voir le ballet et profiter de cette histoire romantique, mais je peux vous dire ce que je peux souligner en termes de danse. Au début on verra un fabuleux tableau de danseurs avec une chorégraphie de Pierre Lacotte pour ces 20 danseurs, ce qui lui donne un air très espagnol, puis les danseuses ont aussi leurs danses importantes, avec leurs belles robes d'époque, et qu'apparaît dans la scène la co-star, la petite amie de Lucien, on ne sait toujours pas quelle danseuse jouera ce rôle de Serafina. Pour l'instant, nous savons seulement qui seront Paquita et Lucien, d'après ce que j'ai pu lire sur le site. Au fur et à mesure que nous aurons plus d’informations, nous vous le dirons.

Lucien et Serafina dansent un pas de deux, puis tout le groupe, la scène est déserte et les gitans apparaissent avec leurs voitures et parmi eux, Inigo, le chef des gitans, apparaît sur scène et danse une variation avec le corps de ballet. Difficile, comme tout ce ballet, certes, la chorégraphie est belle, mais elle exige beaucoup des protagonistes, donc les danseurs choisis doivent très bien répéter pour offrir la chorégraphie exigeante de l'inoubliable Pierre Lacotte. Enfin, apparaît la star de la soirée, la protagoniste, Paquita. Elle danse une variation seule mais aussi avec Inigo, qui est amoureux d'elle. Paquita danse encore une autre variation avec les danseurs et l'animateur de la soirée, Lucien, qui nous propose également une autre fabuleuse variation. Vient ensuite le fameux pas de trois, qui est une merveille du début à la fin, je ne me souviens plus quels danseurs occupaient les deux positions, mais je me souviens que le merveilleux et inoubliable Emmanuel Thibault a dansé le danseur principal de ce trois pas, depuis, j'ai suivi sa carrière, en tant que premier danseur, et je l'ai vu dans de nombreux ballets, il est surtout célèbre pour son idole en or, la meilleure de l'histoire de l'opéra et du monde, même si j'aurais aimé voyez-le dans Siegfried aux côtés d'Odette/Odile. Dans le pas de trois, qui est l'un des numéros les plus connus au monde et que Pierre Lacotte a ajouté à sa chorégraphie, on retrouve de fabuleux pas des trois danseurs, puis leurs variations respectives sur une musique de Minkus. Une merveille, pour se mettre en appétit, puisque cela se produit dès la première partie de la représentation. Suivi d'applaudissements qui seront tonitruants à l'ourlet, car ce pas de tres est merveilleux, et les danseurs de l'opéra l'exécuteront fabuleusement bien.

 Vient ensuite un délicieux pas de deux avec Paquita et Lucien, une autre merveille. Un peu plus tard au fur et à mesure que l'histoire se développe, qui comme je l'ai dit, il faut la découvrir, ici on ne parlera que de la partie technique, on aura le fameux boléro Paquita, le boléro est fabuleux, il me rappelle celui de Coppélia, mais ça on est plus difficile et avec de beaux pas mais en même temps très exigeants, il y a des attitudes de tournée difficiles, très belles, mais difficiles, donc quelle que soit Paquita, elle doit être une danseuse de premier ordre. Le ballet continue avec plus de pas pour tout le corps de ballet, avec un costume somptueux et toujours changeant, une véritable collection de robes qui laisse la bouche du spectateur ouverte, vraiment, dans la partie technique le ballet est sensationnel pour l'amateur de ballet académique classique et côté esthétique, les robes distinguées qui sont utilisées exactement telles qu'elles étaient à l'époque où se déroule l'histoire de Paquita sont un véritable délice. Ce ballet donne aux danseurs de l'école de ballet de l'Opéra de Paris l'opportunité de briller dans un véritable spectacle live, une merveille, alors honnêtement, je pense qu'il n'y a pas de ballet plus complet que celui-là, chacun a son moment de gloire, même les élèves de l'école de ballet de l'Opéra de Paris. école de danse, habillée à merveille avec de magnifiques costumes, une merveille. Le grand pas final est l'une des meilleures chorégraphies de ballet classique. Paquita a une variation spectaculaire, tout comme Lucien, et les danseurs exécutent des variations par paires, et finalement le grand pas se termine de façon spectaculaire, avec de grands applaudissements comme cela se produira dans l'opéra Bastille. Le ballet continue avec d'autres chorégraphies de Pierre Lacotte et toute la compagnie est ajoutée, le ballet se termine à la manière de Don Quichotte avec tout le monde, absolument tous les danseurs sur scène, et le rideau tombe, créant une atmosphère d'avoir assisté au meilleur du Mieux encore, je prédis déjà un grand succès aux étoiles, premiers danseurs et corps de ballet de cette merveilleuse compagnie. Pour l'instant on ne connaît que les noms des danseurs qui incarneront Paquita et ceux qui incarneront Lucien. Pour l'instant on sait que Valentine Colasante, Hannah O'Neill, Eléonore Baulac, Bleuenn Battistoni, Inès Mcintosh, Heloïse Bourdon, seront Paquita, mais il y a plusieurs dates auxquelles Paquita n'a toujours pas été assignée. L'excitation est donc garantie, qui sera cette mystérieuse Paquita, nous le saurons bientôt. Pour l'instant on sait que la première représentation, le jour de la première, a été confiée à la star Valentine Colasante et au jeune étoile, Guillaume Diop. Un couple fabuleux qui nous offrira une merveilleuse soirée. sans aucun doute. Personnellement, je pense que le rôle de Paquita convient à merveille à Valentine Colasante, elle aura donc de la chance de pouvoir assister à ses représentations. Guillaume Diop est excellent, une technique qui donne la chair de poule, un danseur exceptionnel. Le 6 nous aurons Léonore Baulac qui a été une merveilleuse fille mal gardée, Kitri, Odette, Léonore est une de mes danseuses préférées et Marc Moreau, le danseur le plus élégant de la compagnie, c'est un plaisir de le voir danser, son style raffiné et la technique stylée en fait un cadeau. Pour les sens, je me souviens d'une prestation de Marc Moreau dans Balanchine qui était impériale, vraiment, sensationnelle, Balanchine lui-même aurait été très satisfait de ce grand artiste. L'un et l'autre sont exceptionnels, merveilleux, encore un couple idéal pour ce ballet, ce sera une merveille du début à la fin. Le 8 c'est au tour du couple à la mode, Paul Marque et Sae Eun Park, ils ont tous deux eu un succès mémorable dans Don Quichotte, dans Giselle les critiques étaient merveilleuses, pour lui comme pour elle, j'ai lu qu'elle est actuellement la meilleure Giselle sur la planète, rien de moins, donc ce sera fabuleux de voir Sae Eun Park dans le rôle de Paquita, et Paul Marque, l'extraordinaire danseur né à Dax, et élève de l'école du ballet de l'opéra de Paris sous la direction d'Elisabeth Platel, une pure française. danseuse d'école, une merveille. Sa technique est une référence et un exemple pour les futurs danseurs. Roxane Stojanov, qui est devenue la danseuse qui m'intéresse le plus, j'ai suivi son parcours depuis qu'elle a commencé à se démarquer dans le corps de ballet et je l'ai mise en valeur, je suis persuadée qu'un jour ou l'autre elle sera la future star, son excellente technique, sa merveilleuse vivacité et sa beauté en font la danseuse idéale, elle m'a aussi laissé de merveilleux souvenirs à Balanchine, elle est déjà une star pour moi. Thomas Docquir, qui a remporté un grand succès dans le passé, Le Lac des Cygnes, sera désormais le protagoniste du spectacle, afin que nous puissions continuer à profiter de sa technique dans les variations difficiles auxquelles il faut faire face dans ce ballet beau mais exigeant. Le 23 sera un jour spécial, puisque nous verrons ce que je crois aussi être la future star de la compagnie, Inès McIntosh, la danseuse idéale, elle danse parfaitement tous les rôles, elle est parfaitement, la danseuse complète, elle a obtenu de grands succès dans Giselle, mémorable avec Andrea Sarri, et elle a dansé le Lac des Cygnes invitée sur d'autres scènes, c'est une future star, elle a eu un grand succès à Noël dernier dans Casse-Noisette, c'est une grande chance d'avoir cette divine danseuse dans le Opéra de Paris. Francesco Mura, qui nous a déjà enchanté dans son Don Quichotte, va maintenant nous montrer son Lucien, une autre occasion de voir ce fabuleux danseur italien, qui a étudié à l'école de danse La Scala de Milan et à l'Opéra de Paris, où il a grandi . les notes jusqu'à être choisi premier danseur. Une belle occasion de voir en première personne cette danseuse très complète au charisme unique à l'Opéra de Paris. J'admire beaucoup cette jeune danseuse si experte et qui a dansé tant de rôles, une future star.

Le jour de Noël, on ne sait pas qui seront Paquita ou Lucien. Même si le 26 sera son début dans cette série, puisqu'elle l'avait déjà dansé avec Pierre Lacotte en personne, Hannah O'Neill, c'est dans ces représentations il y a quelques années que la grande chorégraphe a déclaré qu'Hannah finirait par être Etoile, et en effet, après un certain temps, il devint étoile de l'Opéra de Paris. Après le grand succès du Lac des Cygnes avec Germain Louvet, puisque ce couple forme une merveilleuse symbiose, c'est logique qu'ils se soient réunis pour Paquita, ils forment le couple idéal. Le 27, c'est au tour de la nouvelle star de l'opéra, Bleuenn Battistoni. Mais on ne sait pas qui sera son Lucien, il est vide donc il va falloir attendre un peu. Le 28 on ne connaît pas non plus le nom des danseurs, peut-être se demandent-ils encore si une guest star viendra, on verra, une grosse surprise. la 29ème Bleuenn Battistoni apparaît dans le rôle de Paquita, mais encore une fois, on ne sait pas qui sera son Prince....

Le 30, Hannah O'Neill et le fabuleux Germain Louvet donneront une prestation. le premier jour de l'année ni le deuxième encore, on ne sait pas qui va danser. Le 3 janvier 2025, ce sera à nouveau le couple à la mode, Hannah et Germain. et pour terminer la série nous aurons à nouveau Bleuenn Battistoni, mais on ne sait pas qui sera son Lucien d'Hervilly. This ballet gives the dancers from the Paris Opera ballet school the opportunity to shine in a real live performance, a marvel, so honestly, I think there is no ballet more complete than this, everyone has their moment of glory, even the students of the dance school, dressed wonderfully in magnificent costumes, a marvel. Finally, we have the famous Grand Pas in which Paquita appears in her famous golden tutu, and Lucien dressed as a military gallant. The dancers with their beautiful red and green tutus, perform steps together and separately or in groups of four or two, variations, in short, a marvel accompanied by Minkus' music. Paquita joins them, and finally Lucien joins, and all together on stage they create a memorable painting that has gone around the world and is so loved by classical ballet fans from New York to Saint Petersburg, Moscow, and Barcelona, The final grand pas is one of the best that exists in classical ballet choreography.
